Pursuant to the Ohio Department of Health’s directive of March 22, 2020 agricultural and veterinary services are deemed to be “Essential Businesses and Operations” and can remain open during this COVID-19 crisis.
Petplex Animal Hospital is still available to be the medical home for your pets. However, during this time of social distancing we will follow the Ohio Department of Health’s directives as to businesses that remain open.
These directives include:
1. Six foot distances to be maintained between client and staff;
2. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing products to be readily available to clients and staff;
3. Separate hours for vulnerable populations; and
4. Posting online whether this business is open and how best to continue services by phone or remotely.
Because we work by appointments, we are scheduling for each client based on availability of both our medical staff and the client. Additionally, we are closing our lobby to the public, and are conducting our appointments and transactions via phone and at your vehicle in the parking lot, therefore we ask all clients to call upon arrival so that we may care for you and your pets safely.
Our business hours are not changing at this time, and we are still available for emergencies.
